Doors open 6:30pm, Meeting starts at 7.00 pm.

This is an opportunity to hear what WAQA has done during the past year, including the highlights of each coordinator’s team. The 2023/2024 Management Committee will also be elected and the General Committee appointed and confirmed.

Following the meeting, there will be a presentation and showcase by Ross Ellis, who describes himself as more of a textile artist who also makes quilts and dabbles in a few different crafts. He has been a member of WAQA for about 25 years, regularly attending sewing nights and, after he retired, sewing days. He is also involved in the contemporary quilt group. Other than quilts, he makes bags, dresses, coats and other appliqued or embroidered pieces which have led to a number of prizes at the Perth Royal Show. He would like to share his journey with you.

There is no charge for attending but bring your own mug to enjoy tea or coffee with the light supper that will be provided. Contributions to supper are welcome
