Workshops at Carnarvon

Tutor Phil Thomas travelled up from Perth this weekend, to give a picture quilt workshop to the eager craft girls in Carnarvon. They had limited time for the class due to travel glitches, but everyone was very patient and did an amazing job in the end. Lovely to see the exhibition space in the background too...

The second workshop at Carnarvon was in the Jubilee Hall and we spent a lovely messy day microwave dyeing. As well as the local crafters, there were some visitors who were just passing through and saw the ads and signed up!
