Not one, but two workshops for February..

Yes, that is right, we have two wonderful workshops to start the year in style.

 First up is the …

 Boro and Sashiko Workshop

Come along to the Boro and Sashiko Runner workshop on Sunday 18th February at APCH and learn both Boro and Sashiko techniques in the one workshop.

You will have a choice of either flowers or dragonfly and learn how to mark the design on your own background fabric.

The other workshop is….

Hand Quilting

Did you go to Quiltwest last year and see Kerry Moore’s magnificent hand quilted “Celtic Plates” that was Runner up Best in Show?

Well, in this workshop you will learn how Kerry marks her quilting pattern, the equipment she uses, and the skills needed for fine hand quilted stitches. You will be working on a block suitable for a cushion or bag.

 This wonderful workshop is being held on Sunday 25th February at Liddelow Homestead in Kenwick and yes, it is air conditioned, so perfect if we get another scorcher of a day!
