Countdown to QuiltWest 2024
Just a few days to go until QuiltWest starts. There will be almost 160 quilts on display from more than 80 WAQA members. QuiltWest starts this Thursday and goes through to Sunday, so you have four days to enjoy the display. With the quilts entered in ten different categories, there will be something for everyone to admire no matter your interest. There will also be some other quilts on display including a couple of historical quilts from the WAQA collection. QuiltWest has the same space as last year, so there will be plenty of room to view them from a distance or get up close to the quilts.
In conjunction with QuiltWest, CraftAlive Perth presents classrooms and studios featuring a range of demonstration and hands-on classes from talented teachers. CraftAlive and QuiltWest are in the Robinson Pavilion. There is ample parking available via Gate 1, at $15 per vehicle (card or cash). Please note the Showground train station is open and there will be a golf cart offering a ride to the pavilion.
