CQ Project – Wooroloo Fire Quilt Drive

WAQA Community Quilts has joined with Hills Fabric and Craft De-Stash in a quilt drive for the families affected by the recent fires in the Wooroloo area. The intention is to collect sufficient new quilts of varying sizes, and thus provide each member of these families with an item to treasure as they begin to rebuild their lives following their losses.

Quilts that are donated through WAQA will have the WAQA quilt label attached before added to the collection. The Quilts For Wooroloo Fire – Recovery Time Facebook page lists the collection points available throughout the Perth area and beyond. In addition it provides numerous photos of quilts donated thus far.
