Shop Hop Country bus trip

How things can change in a week.  It is indeed fortunate that our wonderful quilters boarded the Shop Hop bus last weekend and headed out of Perth for the journey south, to explore three great quilt shops,  get their passports stamped and no doubt spend a few dollars.

First stop, just an hour south of Perth was a visit to Terri’s shop, “Classic Stitches  in her new premises at Erskine.  Lots of room to move about and it was great to see all that Terri had to offer.  A great sewing space out the back, with time for some light refreshments.

Our next shop was Craft Collections in Bunbury, and boy did they roll out the red carpet.  Beautiful things to purchase and some wonderful quilts on display.shophop7

Our last stop was the gorgeous, ‘Cotton Rose” quilt shop in Vasse run by Tanya.  Cotton Rose has also just moved into brand new premises and we were made to feel very welcome.  Tanya below being kept very busy by our quilters.

A great day that was enjoyed by all, and if you are ever in the vicinity of Mandurah, Bunbury and Vasse, go and support these great quilt shops.
