CQG October Meeting

We had some surprising results from our session on dispersal dyeing at the Contemporary Quilt Group meeting today. This type of dyeing is quick and easy to do and involves painting paper with dye which is then ironed onto the synthetic fabric. It wasn’t till the iron was lifted that we could see the true colours. Lots of oohs and aahs in the room!

The 12×12 quilts were inspired by ‘the colour I like least’ following on from our colour discussions.
