Back to Basics at Beginners
In recent years new members that joined the Beginners Group were encouraged to do a Strippy Quilt to get started with quilting. Most of them have now finished that quilt with the last few showing off their work last Monday.
This year the intent is to get back to basics and aim for accuracy in machine piecing. Later we may move on to an easy applique quilt or an easy curvy quilt etc etc
This first one is a small quick project so the students can get through the whole quilt making process from start to finish (inc QUILTING it themselves!)
